How to order your gift voucher

1. Complete the order form and you will be contacted by our Functions team.

2. Have your credit card details ready for payment when we call.

3. Allow 7 days for delivery – either to you, or mailed directly to the lucky recipient. Alternatively, Gift Vouchers can be purchased in person at the hotel.

Christmas Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers for Christmas post delivery should be arranged well in advance. Last minute purchases are required to be collected in person from the hotel.

Terms & Conditions: Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced. Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash refund or be exchanged. Unused balance is nontransferable or redeemable for cash. Redeemable only at the venue indicated on gift voucher. Valid until date nominated on voucher. Not transferable.
