We were very happy with the service we received  at our function last Sunday. Penny was very helpful providing me with information about the rooms we could hire and the different menus. She was prompt and helpful with all email and phone correspondence.

 On the day your assistant functions manager made sure our day ran smoothly. My mum and uncle had a wonderful 70th and all the guests were impressed with the room and food. Could you pass on my appreciation to Penny and the manager in charge on that day with us;I apologise for forgetting her name.

We thought it appropriate to take a moment to send you some feedback about our event last Saturday, 2 June, 2012.

We would like to pass along our thanks to you and your staff for the way they handled the day.  Despite the inclement weather, the ceremony went ahead seamlessly, in exactly the relaxed and welcoming style we had envisioned.  The room looked lovely, very much our style; warm and inviting.  Compliments to chef, the food was fabulous and we received lots of nice comments from our guests.

I do feel it is one of the few venues that caters particularly well for what we were after. Elena was thrilled with her 21st party!

The parents of Sydney Grammar and I who had come to the dinner at Greengate last Saturday were more than happy with the food, service and atmosphere.

It was delightful to have our function there.

Penny was very gracious and professional with all the organisation that preceded the event, it was no mean feat as we had to make a few changes. I was very impressed.

The staff on the night, headed by Ashley were extremely accommodating, friendly and hardworking. Of course the food was generous, delicious and pleased everyone.

We had a great function there because your staff did an amazing job. Thank you.

Just a short note to thank you for all your assistance in making Matt's 21st a great and memorable night.  Everyone really enjoyed the evening especially Matt.

 The Function Room was perfect for the party the Food excellent, the bar and waiting staff were great.

We would particularly  like to thank Ashley, whose professionalism, knowledge,  guidance prior to and  on the night was fantastic.

We would also like to say that Pam our security was very pleasant and aware of what was happening throughout the evening, which left us to enjoy the night. 

We will happily recommend the Greengate Hotel, as will all who attended last night.

Ashleigh, Harry, Adam, Tom, Gabrielle, Penny and the other staff, were absolutely exemplary in their service, behaviour and professionalism.

Everything went according to plan and everyone had a very enjoyable evening
